• Hello, I have kombucha mothers available. They are organic (organic tea and sugar). I keep them in a jar filled with kombucha, open and protected by fabric. Mine comes to me from a kind donor from Fribourg.. After a few weeks of experimentation, I make the classic recipe and let it ferment 7 at 10 days. I was already doing it ago 15 ans... and I'm really happy to have started again. Pick up in Bevaix or by appointment in Neuchâtel.
