• Hello, my kefir grains are multiplying and I would be delighted to share them with you. It's a delicious drink, easy to make and good for the health of the microbiota among other things. Personal delivery only : minimal neighborhoods / Bonnefoy / centre. I give 40-50 grs of kefir in a jam jar, it is fed and ready to use.
