• Bonjour 🙂 Je donne des grains de kéfir de fruits d'une souche perso (mix and selection of several strains). For the recipe, I am the one on the site, with an F1 and an F2 of 48 hours. I use organic fruits and organic blond sugar. The water comes from the tap with around 20 hours of rest to evacuate the chlorine. I use Le Perfect type jars. I make kefir continuously so don't hesitate to contact me !
