I have been preparing and drinking excellent fermented milk every day for over a year with my milk kefir grains.. They were initially given to me thanks to this sharing channel and I thank the donor.
I like to share with those around me and I happily give kefir grains in turn. Given my production based on raw milk or, failing that, quality fresh milk, they multiply quickly.
I also have kombucha mothers (fermented tea) available in my production.
