I offer as a donation hena kefir grains. Made following the following recipe;
1l of water, 20gr de grains, 20gr of blond sugar, 1 organic fig, 1 organic lemon slice.
Jar closed tightly with water up to the neck.
They are fresh this week.
For kombucha strains, it is a mixture of black and green tea.
Both are sparkling from F1
