• Hello, I regularly have fruit kefir grains to give. I use standard jars "The Perfect" with rubber seals for drinking and grain storage. For the recipe I use : 1. 40g de grain + 40g of white sucre + 1 at 2 organic lemon slices + 1-3 figues (depending on size) organic dried + 1l of tap water filtered for several hours with activated carbon 2. F1 the 48h 3. filtration 4. F2 48 hours after bottling (type limonade) I have two jars of beans that I use in rotation. I keep them at room temperature for a few days while feeding them. (see on-site method). The grains that I give are, them, stored in a 3rd jar, in the fridge, and regularly fed. Grain transmission is only done by hand. I'll give you a jam-type jar, with grains and sugar water.
