I give Kefir grains. My culture is maintained as best as I can, in compliance with the rules proposed by this site (notably : 20 g of sugar for 20 g of grains, a fig and 2 lemon slices for 1 l of water). Kefir an anaerobic (mechanical closure jar with seal). The grains are very rarely in the fridge, this is precisely the case of what I set aside to be given in the 15 days. Please bring your jar to transfer.
