• Hello, My name is Amin, 38 ans. I collected a mother and starter through this excellent site and it is producing very well. Looking forward to giving my turn on Casablanca. If you can already bring a glass jar large enough to hold an entire disc that would be more practical, otherwise I put it in a jar of jam but you have to cut it or fold it and it no longer bathes entirely in the starter (my records have 10 cm diameter), but I think it's not very serious for a few days.
