- Fruit kefir donations and hena kefir. They are super productive ! Strong with blond sugar, apricot (I can't find organic dried figs not floured around my house) and lemons, All this in organic !
They are very lively and prolific (+20 at +30% at each fermentation). I have a very large quantity, so don't hesitate !
I also donate Kombucha mothers (raised to black tea), I have a new girl every fermentation.

1l of water, 20gr de grains, 20gr of blond sugar, 1 organic fig, 1 organic lemon slice.
Jar closed tightly with water up to the neck.
They are fresh this week.
For kombucha strains, it is a mixture of black and green tea.
Both are sparkling from F1
