I use standard jars "The Perfect" with rubber seals for drinking and grain storage. For the recipe I use : 1. 40g de grain + 40g of white sucre + 1 at 2 organic lemon slices + 1-3 figues (depending on size) organic dried + 1l of tap water filtered for several hours with activated carbon 2. F1 the 48h 3. filtration 4. F2 48 hours after bottling (type limonade) I have two jars of beans that I use in rotation. I keep them at room temperature for a few days while feeding them. (see on-site method). The grains that I give are, them, stored in a 3rd jar, in the fridge, and regularly fed. Grain transmission is only done by hand. I'll give you a jam-type jar, with grains and sugar water. Don't forget to reactivate the grains when you get home (see article on the site) and do not hesitate to notify me of any problem within the following week ! Don’t hesitate to contact me 🙂
